Bubbles are amazing. It gets rid of bad companies. People will never learn. Lottery tickets will never disappear.
2021 Bubbles will be SPAC's and Cryptocurrencies.

I have a question… if we expect that this is a bubble that will crash within the next upcoming year, then what should we invest in instead? Also what companies id Dalio investing in?

While capitalism enriches the billionaires even during pandemic, record unemployment dogs the working class.

In a market economy that’s driven by credit, booms and busts are inevitable but what can be controlled is the severity of such shifts. There are many different factors for why that is but the main factor is the tendency of governments and central banks especially, to allow bubbles to form. Not only do bubbles form, debt that can’t be repaid piles up. Both are the result of things getting out of hand. Control those two factors and a credit contraction to reign in inflation doesn’t have to be economic catastrophe.
